New Beginnings
I am Travis Bills, founder of Upstate Audio Video. If you feel so inclined to continue reading, you will get some insight into how we got here.
I have been working in the field unofficially for 20 years. I have been officially in the field for 15 years. Much of my knowledge comes from hands-on experience. I have also gone through the Radio and Television Broadcasting at SUNY Adirondack. While continuing to pursue certification in much of the industry I have gone and obtained Extron programming certifications. During my time with other companies, I realized that while I enjoyed working for these companies I felt that I needed more.
Introducing Upstate Audio Video
My goal is to give every client the system that they need. I believe the main difference between a good company and a great company is communication. This starts with sitting down with you to go through the system that you think you would like. After doing this we can properly build the system that will meet your current and future needs. It doesn't end with giving you the proper system documentation and training. You can have an amazing system, but without the proper training, it will not run like the well-oiled machine that it could be. After all of that is completed, we will continue to stay in contact to make sure everything is going well. Do not hesitate to contact us in any way.
